Please introduce yourselves, ladies?

Hello, I am Miss Eva von Slut, Queen of the Underworld and psychobilly singer extraordinaire. With me is Mistress Mandy, rhythm guitar and exhibitionist; Nishone, lead guitar and kindergarten teacher; Jenna Ferocious, upright bass and motorcycle pervert; and Andrea, drummer and "kein korn"

How long have you girls been together?

Miss Eva: Four years or so.

 

How did it all start?

Miss Eva: Well, myself and our original upright bassist Nikki Nightbreed decided to start a band together. At first it was a punk band, but after Nikki started playing upright bass we decided to switch to a psychobilly band soon after.

Andrea joined us soon after that, and after getting rid of our original guitar player, Nishone and Mistress Mandy were soon to follow.

Do you all get along like little good girls?

Miss Eva: We all get along, but we are DEFINATELY not good little girls!

What attracts you to Psychobilly?

Miss Eva: The cute teenage boys! Just kidding. No really, their dads!

What are you up to these days?

Miss Eva: We are actually in Austria right now, on tour promoting our new album on People Like You records.

What can you tell us about the new album?

Miss Eva: It's actually a re-release of the album "Revenge Served Cold" which has been available in the USA for about a year, but it is being re-released with new bonus tracks in Europe by People Like You.

What is the inspiration for your music?

Miss Eva: I find a lot of inspiration from monster movies, Hammer horror films, exploitation films, Russ Meyers movies, Ed Wood, weird films, etc etc...

When can we expect it?

Miss Eva: It is out right now on People Like You records in Europe.

When will touring begin for your new album?

Miss Eva: We started touring last Sunday and will be on tour for the following 3 weeks in Europe.

How is touring for you girls?

Miss Eva: We love it! We love meeting our fans and making new friends all over the world!

What are the best cities to play in and tell us why?

Miss Eva: We have had lots of good luck in Europe, particularly London and Austria. We love playing Hollywood and Austin, Texas too. These places just seem to have great fans and everyone is ready for a lot of drinking and screwing around.

What goes on in your everyday life when not in the studio or touring?

Miss Eva: Unfortunately, we all have day jobs as rock and roll doesn't pay the bills yet! I work at a tattoo shop, Andrea is a server and barmaid, Amanda works in interior design, Nishone is a teacher, and Jenna Ferocious books rock stars at a San Francisco 4 star hotel.

Tell us about your wardrobe for the shows?

Miss Eva: We like to dress sexy onstage, and make our shows fun to look at as well as to listen to.

Do you dress this way all the time or just on stage?

Miss Eva: We all like to dress sexy in real life, but we really pull out all the stops for shows.

How are the men on the road been with you girls?

Miss Eva: We love the men we meet on the road! And they seem to love us back.

Do girls have fun on the road like the men do? Sex, Drugs and Rock-n-Roll?

Miss Eva: YES, YES, and YES! Some of us are naughtier than others.

Favorite horror flick?

Jenna Ferocious: Pet Cemetery
Nishone: Killer Klownz From Outer Space
Miss Eva: The Wolf Man, or pretty much any Hammer Horror film!
